Firstly, we have a unique method of coating our own materials to your colour requirements. Paper, Vinyl, Polypropylene, Acetate, virtually any material can be coated to your personal colour choice. Pantone matching is run-of-the-mill for us, we have yet to fail to match any colour, ever! Metallic, pearlescent, translucent you name it, we’ve matched it.
Hot-Foil printing - our stock-in trade. Still regarded in the printing industry as the ultimate process for quality. We have more than 200 different coloured foils at our disposal enabling us to offer just about any combination of colours you might want. Too many to show off, just ask and we’ll send a sample for your approval. We have a variety of machines from the latest state of the art, two print head machines to the ‘Rolls Royce’ of Foil Blockers, Newfoils. Hot foil enables us to print labels, just 7 x 8mm and yet having four lines of text! You can’t read it without a magnifying glass – but it’s all legible! The opposite end of the spectrum allows us to foil print labels up to 150 x 150mm and in multiple colours.
Silk-Screen - In order to print colour matched text we employ a reel to reel silk-screen machine capable of sizes up to 225mm x 250mm. We are able to use both standard solvent and Ultraviolet inks, giving both daylight and product resistance. Although a single colour machine, we can re-register labels to produce multi colour labels.
Flexographic - as part of our drive to be able to provide ‘the complete printing solution’ to our customers, we have installed a 3-colour flexo press. CHEAP! This press will not match our high quality hot foil, screen and digital labels, but given higher volume orders we can offer cheaper labels.
Digital - a four colour process aimed at very short run work, up to 150mm x 160mm. In this process we can work in any graphical method, even including photographs at 600dpi. We can then transfer these images to out hot foil presses and add high quality foil blocking in Gold, Silver, holographic, the choice is endless. The labels can even be laminated for extra durability.
Blank labels - for your own thermal printers or even box seals. We have a Slitter rewinder capable of rotary cutting, we have produced up to 4 million box seals in a single run. Plain labels – no problem!
Combo’s - any and all the above can be combined with each other using our highly accurate re-registering techniques, to provide literally endless possibilities of design and structure.
