It’s all very well to produce labels as cheaply as possible, but our aim is to give our customers the very best service they’ll get anywhere.
Honesty is the Company motto. We as a company will be honest with our customers.
We will only tell you what is achievable, either by design or delivery dates. Our lead times reflect the care with which we undertake your requirements.
If the design is overly complicated, in that it compromises the quality of the finished label, we will tell you!
Should you ask for an unachievable delivery date, we will tell you!
However, we will offer alternate designs to achieve the highest quality and suggest delivery dates that will be met, 100% of the time.
Our staff are honest, the lowliest printer has no trouble in pointing out an error on the part of the most senior label maker in the organisation.
With this openness, mistakes are never let out of the factory. You as a customer will receive the very best quality label, and on time.

Delivery
Generally, we allow for delivery costs to the UK within the price of the labels – no hidden extras. We only send our labels Special or Recorded Delivery unless we are using our own vans for the delivery of your most important labels. International deliveries will be subject to quotation.
